1974 Chris Evert won her first Grand Slam title, the French Open, beating Olga Morozova in the final 6-1 6-2. Chris also won Wimbledon for the first time beating the same opponent in the final 6-0 6-4.

1975 Chris won two Grand Slam titles again. The French Open, beating Martina Navratilova in the final 2-6 6-2 6-1 and the US Open, for the first time, beating Evonne Goolagong 5-7 6-4 6-2.

1975 On 3rd November Chris Evert became world number one for the first time.

1976 For the third year running Chris Evert won two Grand Slam titles. At Wimbledon she beat Evonne Goolagong 6-3 4-6 8-6 in the final and she beat Evonne again in the US Open final 6-3 6-0.

1977 Chris won the US Open overcoming Wendy Turnbull 7-6 6-2 in the final.

1978 Chris Evert won her fourth US Open defeating Pam Shriver 7-5 6-4 in the final.

1979 Chris won her third French Open by beating Wendy Turnbull 6-2 6-0 in the final.

1980 Chris Evert again won the French Open by beating Virginia Ruzici 6-0 6-3 in the final and went on to win the US Open defeating Hana Mandlikova 5-7 6-1 6-1 in the final.

1981 Chris won her third, and last, Wimbledon final by beating Hana Mandlikova 6-2 6-2.

1982 Chris Evert won the US Open by beating Hana Mandlikova 6-3 6-1 in the final and also won the Australian Open defeating Martina Navratilova 6-3 2-6 6-3 in the final.

1983 Chris won the French Open final beating Mima Jausovc 6-1 6-2.

1984 Chris won the Australian Open title beating Helena Sukova 6-7 6-1 6-3 in the final.

1985 Chris won the French Open final beating Martina Navratilova 6-3 6-7 7-5.

1986 Chris Evert won her seventh French Open title beating Martina Navratilova 2-6 6-3 6-3 in the final.
